Marcio deOliveira

Founder and CEO
Marcio deOliveira is a proven leader and innovator in the fintech and banking spaces. He spearheaded digital transformation as CTO and EVP at C1 Bank (NYSE: BNK), cofounding the fintech startup C1 Labs and helping execute the bank’s IPO on the New York Stock Exchange in 2014. Following the acquisition of C1 Bank, Marcio served as a key member of the leadership team at Bank OZK (NASDAQ: OZK) as President of Innovation. He also served as VP of Banking Platform at the fintech startup Prelim (YC17) and holds five patents for banking and payments tech inventions. Marcio is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated from Hodges University with a B.S. in Management and Webster University with an MBA.
