Justin Bretting

Justin Bretting is a technology leader with a commitment to positive social change who has overseen large engineering teams and helped startups in the life sciences, blockchain, and marketing segments scale to millions of users. He is the co-founder and former CTO of Ecountabl, the climate and social justice fintech startup acquired by Climate First Bancorp in 2022. At Wayin, a digital marketing firm, he led engineering of a social media platform that processed 700 million tweets per day and hosted campaigns for companies including Best Buy, Bank of America and Blizzard Games. He has held positions at the cryptocurrency exchange ShapeShift and the management consulting firm BearingPoint. Justin graduated from Bucknell University.
